Bamboo

Soak the whisk in warm water for a few minutes before its first use. Rinse it gently with cold water after use and always let it dry on the whisk holder.

By soaking the chasen in warm water for about a minute before each use, the bamboo tines stay supple and it will last longer.

For a longer life: soak the chasen in warm water before each use, rinse it gently after use and always let it dry on the whisk holder. Don't press too hard while whisking.
